Albanian cuisine offers a rich tapestry of flavors, and one dish that stands out is Qumeshtor, a traditional milk-based dessert. In the style of a five-star international hotel, we will explore a variety of recipes that incorporate Qumeshtor as the star ingredient. These recipes span appetizers, main courses, desserts, salads, and drinks, presenting a luxurious and sophisticated dining experience.

Appetizers

Qumeshtor and Spinach Phyllo Triangles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Qumeshtor (prepared in advance)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

6.   Return the chicken to the skillet, skin side up.

7.  Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

8.  Serve the chicken with a generous spoonful of the Qumeshtor sauce and roasted vegetables.

Desserts

Classic Qumeshtor Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions:
